Love this! The gathered waist makes it flattering. I’m usually a Size 18 US dress and Size 2X fit me perfectly, so I am glad I ordered my usual size, rather than sizing up as suggested by the chart. The waist on this one measures smaller because of the gathers, but it does stretch! Looks great with tights or leggings. It is the shiny material. I wash and iron mine inside out and it stays perfect. Very cute!
