  This was my first order from Rosegal and I was concerned about the quality because of the price point, but I figured it was worth a try. I was actually really impressed with the quality for the price. I ordered the pants in a size that was too large for me (first order, like I said), and reached out to the customer service department for an exchange. They responded by email within 24 hours and took care of the issue sending me the correct size within a couple of days. Super impressed with the customer service and looking forward to getting the pants in the right size for me.

  Found this to be much smaller than expected, arms were short, but it was well made and a nice heavy weight. Quite nice, but pay attention to the measurements and order a size up.
