This is a cute top with the straps & short sleeves. I like the way it ties in the front also. It's cotton on the top part which makes it comfy & cool to wear, then the bottom is denim that flares out with a lace outline on bottom which gives it a dressy look. I recommend it & you can wear it just about anywhere.
