It's definitely fully cyan rather than Azure (almost a mint green as another reviewer mentioned). The sleeves are also too small for me - I'm a long-limbed 5'9 (also pointed out by another reviewer). It's cute enough that I expect I'll just hem the sleeves to half or three-quarter length and roll with it.

this was the same size as all the other sweaters I ordered at the same time all xl but this one fits perfect really nice love it but all comes down to materials as to the perfect fit this one is a keeper
